By downloading, installing, or playing Farty Adventure ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not download or play the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game on your own device, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer the Game, its content, or any part of it.
The Game, including but not limited to its characters, art, music, software, and trademarks, is owned by CrazeDev or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership over the Game or its content.
The Game is free to download and play. It may offer optional features or virtual items, including an ad-free option, that require a real-money purchase through the Google Play Store.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Prices, features, and availability may change over time. We are not responsible for purchases made by children without parental consent.
The Game displays advertisements provided by third parties, such as Google AdMob. We do not control the content of third-party ads. If you do not consent to personalized advertising, you can decline it during the consent prompt; the Game will continue to display non-personalized ads instead.

The Game integrates third-party services and software, including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, and Firebase. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review separately.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrazeDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or the rights of others. Upon termination, the license granted in Section 1 ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are published on this page constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, unless otherwise required by the laws of your country of residence.
